• Customers must inform us of any special vehicle conditions (sensitive sensors, delicate paint, etc.).

• We do not guarantee removal of deep stains, scratches, or pre-existing damage.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service, via cash or approved electronic methods.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but the rate confirmed at booking will be honored.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Each service includes a final inspection. If the customer is not satisfied, adjustments can be requested immediately.

• Claims will not be accepted after the day of service.

6. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is used solely for contact and service purposes.
